The Honorary Secretary read the notice convening the meeting.
The Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting were read and adopted.
The Honorary Secretary then read the balance-sheet and Statement of Assets and Liabilities to the 3lst of December, 1903.
On the motion of the President, seconded by lieut.-col. Godwin Austen, it was resolved That the balance-sheet and Statement of Assets and Liabilities be received, adopted, and entered on the Minutes.
The Chairman then requested the Honorary Secretary to read the Report of Council for 1903.
