In 1914, I published a little booklet containing reprints Of a num ber Of articles which I had published in different medical journals during-the few preceding years, and certain conclusions drawn from my work which was based at that time on something more than abdominal sections. During the three years since that publi cation I have added to my experience by abdominal sections, making a total Of nearly such operations.
