Premises. The premises shall be free from conditions objectionable to packing operations, including, but not limited to litter, waste and refuse within the immediate vicinity of the plant buildings, excessively dusty roads, yards or parking lots, and poorly drained areas.
Buildings and structures. The packing plant buildings shall be prop erly constructed and maintained in a sanitary condition, including, but not limited to the following requirements.
