Excerpt from Supplement to the Statutory Record of the Consolidated Laws of the State of New York From January 1, 1910 to January 1, 1921
The supplement to the statutory record of the consolidated laws covers a period from January 1, 1910 to January 1, 1921. It' is a continuation of the statutory record of consolidated laws prepared by the Board of Statutory Consolidation and published in 1909.
The consolidated laws are arranged in alphabetical order for ready reference and each section amended or repealed is indicated with the year and chapter of the act. For convenience the Codes of Civil and Criminal Procedure have been included in the book and the sections amended or repealed are carried in the table.
Following this arrangement the book contains a record of the laws repealed and a record of the year, chapter and title of the consolidated laws with a reference to the page in the supple ment where the amendments and repeals are noted, and also a record of the laws amending or repealing various sections or parts of the consolidated laws and codes, arranged by the year of their enact ment. The Practice Acts of 1920 also appear in the supplement.
