Carol Ann Miller leaves her hectic life in New York City to move back to her small hometown, opening an antiques shop with her mother and best friend. Carol Ann is happier than she's been in years going to auctions and estate sales hunting down merchandise for Miller's Fine Antiques. All is going well with her new life until her creepy, Peeping Tom neighbor is found murdered in her shop. As she tries to juggle the police investigation, her eccentric mother and her disconcerting attraction to the new, enigmatic shop keeper in town, Carol Ann thinks her new life may not be so simple after all.
