Ian and Dan are both firefighters for the City of Baltimore. They started investing in real estate out of a need to provide for their families. Much like today, the 2008 economic crisis put a lot of strain on everyone, including the men and women who protect the citizens. That led Ian and Dan down a path to finding an additional stream of income to support their families. Luckily they learned to navigate the Section 8 process and you will learn from all of their experiences. Today Equity Warehouse operates over 200 rental units, 100,000 sf of commercial space and 300,000 sf of self storage units. We look forward to sharing our experiences with you.
