The study is on the infestation of Bilharzia epidemic in the Gezira Agricultural Scheme of Sudan. Years ago it has embodied the backbone of agricultural sector in the county. Today, due to administrative and managerial in Sudan, it productivity has severely declined and the cultivated areas continued to annually diminish. In the year 2011, only 200,2000 Feddans were cultivated out of its 2,500,000 Millin feddans (more than 1,000,000 hectares). However, besides the administrative, financial and policies the problem of Bilharzia is a continuous health hazard to the people. Human power is exhausted by the epidemic and the reports are that more than 70% of the farmers are infected. The book analyzes the situation through a field study. Conclusions are drawn out.
