Structured On-the-Job Training is a comprehensive guide to understanding, developing, and using structured on-the-job (OJT) training in a variety of training situations and organizational contexts. The first edition of this book introduced the point that on-the-job training (OJT) in organizations could be structured, or planned, in nature, and that it could result in more reliable and predictable training outcomes. This second edition expands and extends that initial emphasis, but without losing the fundamental message. New information has been blended into most existing chapters and four entirely new chapters have been added.
