String Quartet No. 1 in D Op. 11

Premiered in Moscow in 1871, Tchaikovsky's String Quartet No. 1 in D, Op. 11 received great success both in Russia and abroad. Tolstoy attended a performance in 1876 and was said to have been moved to tears. The quartet comprises four movements: Moderato e semplice, Andante cantabile, Scherzo. Allegro non tanto e con fuoco - Trio, and Finale. Allegro giusto - Allegro vivace, and lasts around 30 minutes in performance. This product includes two violin parts, a viola and a cello part, edited by Arno Hilf. 

Tschaikowskys 1871 in Moskau uraufgeführtes Streichquartett Nr. 1 in D op. 11 wurde sowohl in Russland als auch im Ausland ein großer Erfolg. Tolstoi besuchte 1876 eine Aufführung und soll zu Tränen gerührt gewesen sein. Das Quartett besteht aus vier Sätzen: Moderato e semplice, Andante cantabile, Scherzo. Allegro non tanto e con fuoco - Trio und Finale. Allegro giusto - Allegro vivace, und dauert in der Aufführung etwa 30 Minuten. Diese Ausgabe enthält zwei Violinstimmen, eine Bratschen- und eine Cellostimme, herausgegeben von Arno Hilf.
