Strategic and Tactical Planning usually is conceptualized in two-dimensions. This text allows the reader to initially conceptualize the project in three-dimensions. This creates a theoretically perfect design of the Strategic and Tactical Planning Process. For the more sophisticated projects the number of dimensions included may be expanded to a fourth and fifth dimension as needed or required. Unlike most texts on the subject, which focuses purely on the technical components, this process also includes the Human Component as part of its fundamental structure.
