General Stephen Moylan, of the American Revolutionary Army, was born in 1737 at Cork, Ireland.
According to Campbell's History of the Hibernian Society and the Friendly S am of S t. Patrick, Stephen Moylan was the son of John Moylan and the Countess of Limerick.
