G&D Media presents, The Spiritual Meditations Series, featuring meditations and imagery exercises presented by Mark Earlix.
Mark is an internationally known healer, intuitive, author and ordained priest who was born in Chicago, Illinois. At the core of his teachings lies not only the awakening of the divinity and wellness within all, but also the experiential understanding of what is going on beyond the philosophical level. This understanding ensures real transformation and wellness of both mind and body. He genuinely feels his gift of healing is available to all, and he teaches his unique techniques in experiential workshops, his writing and individual appointments. Mark can be found at various expo's, such as Whole Life Expo, and mind, body spirit conferences around the country. He has appeared on numerous television and radio stations across the country and has served on the Board of Directors for the Mind, Body, and Spirit Foundation.
This series contains five separate sessions, which range from approximately 15 to 30 minutes each. It is important that you give each of these sessions your undivided attention, preferably listening to them with headphones, and not listening when you are driving or doing other tasks. To get the most from each of the sessions, you will want to be a relaxed, meditative state-of-mind, fully engaged with the experience, with no background noises or distractions.
The following sessions will follow, in order:
1) The Higher Self Meditation: A Guided Meditation For Revelation. Divine Self potentiates the growth of awareness of Self. In sacred writings Self is often referred to as the Small Still Voice Within. It is the Light, the Life and the Love in every living thing. Through this instructive meditation you can actually learn to experience the Divine Self within you.
2) Music of the Spheres Meditation Chant: This is an OM Meditation for Revelation. The OM has long been considered the mystical sound of Universal Creation. In Music of the Spheres Mark has recreated an "OM" (Aum) meditation in mystical waves and harmonious tones that blend together to create a blissful state in the listener. Whether you are experienced at meditating or just beginning, this OM meditation will greatly enhance your divine and inward journey. Heal yourself through this mystical and musical revelation.
3) Light Consciousness Exercise: This wonderful imagery exercise starts off with a fluid "take down" into a peaceful meditative state and then peacefully leads into an exercise that was partially designed by one of Marks spiritual teachers over 30 years ago. It will guide you into developing your spiritual awareness of the Light. Mystical in nature, it is also designed to help the listener to achieve spiritual perception and growth for years to come.
4) The Orange Focus Exercise: This is a flow of imagery exercise is a powerful and productive way for you to develop your ability to focus into the word of intent and meditation. The Orange Focus Exercise is a simple and increasingly powerful visualization utilizing the fruit of an orange. This exercise is ancient in practice and was used by the sages of old.
5) The Flow of Life Exercise: This is a Contemplative Imagery Exercise that is designed to help the listener to achieve emotional, biological and physical health. Being mystical in nature, it is also designed to help the listener to achieve spiritual focus and spiritual well-being integrated with the physical and spiritual expression from within.
