It is so easy to be judgmental while we are far away from the truth. We all have the capability to bring about peace, if we choose to do so, because the Lord has blessed us all with the gift of conscience where He continues to speak to us wherever we are. If we refuse to be conscious of this duty in which we have to work in developing better ways to communicate, there will always be problems in our midst.
Many relationships are destroyed today because someone in the relationship feels something and starts a war based on his or her feelings. This book is written to accompany those who decide to enter a spiritual journey following the Lord so that they may be prudent in using their feelings. The faith is a good tool to channel our feelings in a proper manner. If we follow the Lord by being faithful to the faith, this will certainly help everyone to avoid conflicts, division and violence, which doesn't come from the Holy Spirit but rather from the enemy.
