The charges which Mussina makes against J udge Watrous in this case relate to his rulings and conduct during the progress and trial of the case, and imply a fraudulent conspiracy with certain attorneys and parties to the suit, for the purpose of establishing their claim, to this large grant, and of defeating the claim of the memorialist.
