None but active or life members Shall be entitled to vote or be eligible to office. Termination of membership, from any cause whatsoever, shall operate as a release of all right or title to, or interest in, the property and assets of the Association. Persons under eighteen years of age, or persons temporarily residing in Providence or vicinity, and ladies and other persons, may be admitted to privileges of the Association, under such rules and regulations as the Governing Committee may prescribe.
