As Sophia and Alex are home sick today, their school mates discover and learn about good health habits from eating right and maintaining good hygiene. From brushing their teeth, to testing their hearing and eyesight, the children learn that staying healthy is essential to feeling good and staying active.

Through the use of dual text, a child can simultaneously learn to read in Dari or English while better expressing themselves in each.
