Publisher's Synopsis
I have always drawn, mostly in pencil, but recently in pen. It is a pleasure to take a walk with a pad, something to draw with, plus the dog, and just head out the door. Luckily I now live in a wonderful part of Spain and almost any direction reveals all sorts of idea subject matter. Its good to take photos for future reference, but nothing beats sketching for ten minutes before moving on to the next spot. A cool drink, small picnic and back home after a few hours with several sketches to add to the collection. I don't claim to be a good artist, but it is a passion, and many of the drawings finally end up as watercolours or even large oil paint
