Shadowgraph Magazine is an arts and culture forum with a special emphasis on interviews and conversations that feature accomplished artists, writers, scientists, and scholars of cultural significance from a wide variety of disciplines who offer thoughtful and in-depth consideration of ideas and creative processes. We publish a wide-range of translated works, image portfolios, fiction, poetry, and essays. Examples of people we have interviewed include writers C.D. Wright, Jim Harrison, W.S. Merwin; jazz musician Dave Grusin; photographer Patrick Nagatani; filmmakers Barry Levinson and Godfrey Reggio.
