NO certificate was presented of the reported election of a successor to Mr. Webb from New Haven County, and on motion of E. H. Hyde, the Secretary was directed to corres pond with the New Haven County Agricultural Society to Obtain certificate of member from that County. Messrs. Alsop and Hubbard were appointed a committee to wait on Governor Waller and invite his attendance. The committee reported that Governor Waller had not arrived in the city.
