I give and bequeath my Lands and Eftates to the Chancellor, Ma?ers, and Scholars of the zuniverfity, of Oxford for ever, to have and to hold all and fingular the {aid Lands or Ef'cates upon trufi, and to the intents and purpofes hereinafter men tioned that is to fay, I Will and appoint that the vice-chancellor of the Univerfity.
