This book presents foundation keys, rationalisations and outlines techniques for the extension of life. It is intended to be read by those at their age of impending 'retirement' and those already retired. One of the most socially critical problems facing North Americans today is that their jobs, satisfaction from accomplishment and any hope of a sound financial base are fast disappearing as machine technology causes 'redundancy' in the workplace. Many workers are faced with earlier and earlier ages of retirement. In most cases this is not their choice, but spirited efforts to get re-employed are met with poor prospects, and while they are technically 'discouraged workers', they become to all practical purposes 'retired'. There is controversy as to what the new age of retirement is [or ought to be], since the capacity to work goes well beyond age 65, while the prospects to stay in a conventional wage-role beyond age 50 are dimming. With exceptions, individuals are living longer and longer lives - and want to do so. Getting and staying 'healthy' is essential to life extension. What you do with the extension is a separate issue - a circumstance that you alone can manage.
