This Book on Self-Motivation is an introspective piece I created with the hope of helping others by exploring and discussing the processes and steps that could be taken to train yourself to be a good Self-Motivator; and though there will be challenges and struggles, in the end you will likely achieve success, if you stay focused on the goal or task at hand and be flexible with your approach to making progress not aiming for perfection.
As a Mental Health Counselor and Life Coach I have helped many folks with the challenges of Self-Motivation and why it seems so difficult. So when I faced the life challenge of battling an aggressive form of Breast Cancer. I had to be my biggest and most encouraging coach. While going through my treatments for this Life Altering Disease, I realized my ability to keep fighting to survive would need a strong focus on Self-Motivation. Not only to steady my mind, but to achieve success while continuing to work while undergoing treatments of Chemotherapy, Surgery and Radiation Therapy. As well as just living and learning to take things one step at a time.The task of Self-Motivation to achieve success required soul-searching and reorganization of my goals and tasks, with flexibility, overcoming challenges and not taking myself too seriously, that it could lead to failures.
