To them is not disputed; viz., that they are liable, when discovered, because they would otherwise receive usurious interest without any risk; but, towards the end of the cause, the nature of the transaction and of these loans was more clearly explained, and I was satisfied with the verdict, and am now confirmed in my opinion.
