Immediately after the passage of the Act Concerning Revenue, the Board convened at their rooms and adopted a form of Assess ment List for Real and Personal Property to be used by the Assessors in the discharge of their duties; which form was drawn in accordance with the provisions Of Section 14 Of said Act, and thereafter furnished to the Assessors.
