Thinks he had a large stock on his Father's Farm. Heard he was taken Prisoner, with some of his Cattle. Cannot say how many he had on his own farm. Had 3 or 4 horses of his own pur chased during the war. Claimant says that while he was in Georgia the Rebels were after him threatened to murder him. Says he had not an horse or Company, which was his reason for not going sooner to E. Florida. Says his Father gave him 10 Cows on his marriage. The rest he had raised.
