This is a training manual for law enforcement academies and universities. This book may be used as a textbook or as a supplement. The book covers Fourth Amendment issues that are related to policing. The book provides practical hands on exercises. There are review questions at the end of every chapter. Additionally, the book includes case summaries that are easy to read and understand. Diagrams that explain the complex nuances of Search and Seizure law are included. The different areas of police/citizen encounters are "color coded." This makes the teaching and learning process easier. Moreover, the legal concepts are explained in an easy to grasp format; and these concepts are discussed with great detail.
