Publisher's Synopsis
The purpose of this devotional is to cultivate a habit of scripture mediation for greater intimacy with God to gain strength for each day and encouragement to persevere during challenging times.
The word of the Lord says "Draw near to God and He will come near to you..." (Jame 4:8a) It also says "You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart." (Jeremiah 29:13) We are assured that when we make God and His word a priority; by intentional efforts to have a closer relationship with Him, we will find Him and He will come closer to us.
