Publisher's Synopsis
How much screen time is too much?
With this logbook you can easily control how much time is spent using tech devices in your family and, as an added bonus, the chores will get done too!
HOW?
Kids (and even adults!) can earn screen time by completing various tasks doing chores, playing outside, helping out, doing sport, reading a book etc.
The first part of the book is where you will list household chores (daily & weekly) that are required in order to earn tech minutes. Do it together with your kids, agree how many minutes of work is needed to earn X amount of screen time.
Then continue with the 52 weekly sheets to track how many minutes of screen time are earned each day and how many minutes are spent using electric devices.
You can use the book to track one child for a whole year (52 weeks) OR you can dedicate one page for each of your kids every week.
