Publisher's Synopsis
This publication is the first edition of the Scottish Parliament and Statutory Publications which will be published twice a year and will list the bibliographic information of all Scottish legislative publications together with other documents that are subject to scrutiny by the Scottish Parliament. This edition covers the period May 1999 to December 1999 and the next edition will be cumulative and will cover the period May 1999 to June 2000, the first year of the Scottish Parliament. The information is split into three main categories: parliamentary (such as Bills, parliamentary papers, parliamentary debates and committee proceedings); other documents subject to scrutiny (such as laid papers, petitions and European Parliamentary publications); and statutory documents (such as Acts and Statutory Instruments).
