This Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) glossary contains nearly 1200 words. Each word is numbered to correspond with the English and Arabic equivalents. Because the languages are not exact, approximations have been noted or left in the form of the standard English counterpart. It was written for students in academic grades 5-12, college students, and for individuals seeking STEM Vocabulary to help learners gain equity to the curriculum. The author of the book served from 1993-2004 in the United Arab Emirates on the faculty of UAE University and the Higher Colleges.
