My ranking member, Senator Bumpers, has other matters and a number of the Committee members have other hearings they have to attend. I have to apologize to the witnesses. We try to start on time but, frankly, it is a rather unusual situation but the Small Business Committee has so many things going at the current time that we are stretched a little thin.
