Publisher's Synopsis

It's Christmas and Gramma and Grampa are going to the North Pole to visit Santa. They are excited, especially Gramma whom simply loves to travel. Grampa is excited as well and because of this and other things he injures his nose while trying on his turtle-neck long underwear. Because of his injury his nose glows orange when ever he is excited or emotional. Their journey to the North pole includes different modes of transportation; planes, trains and automobiles as well as an Alaskan dog-sled. When they arrive at the Santa Castle everyone is ecstatic, they are surrounded by reindeer in all modes of learning to fly and are competing for the position of Main-reindeer to pull Santa's sleigh on Christmas eve. Grampa meets one little reindeer, Rodolfo, and inadvertently passes off his injury to her. Soon her nose is also glowing orange whenever she is excited or emotional but it turns out to be a blessing in disguise. Another of Grampa Jones' educational, exciting, and interesting stories for kids of all ages. This is a great first reader for kids or to read to them before going to sleep.
