Publisher's Synopsis
Excerpt from Routing Freight Shipments
The law has given to the shipper the right to route his freight; therefore, having the right to route his freight, the shipper should exercise this right to the fullest extent, as he knows better than anyone else can what routing best serves his purposes.
Shipments are not routed when given to a particular line on account of the personality or the in?uence of an individual; or when withheld from a particular line on account of a dislike or grievance against that line.
