Publisher's Synopsis
This annual publication contains various documents that have been contributed by CLSA members. The first part of each book contains replies from various dicasteries from the Holy See, usually in response to an inquiry submitted by a canonist or other official of the Church. The second part is a compilation of opinions that have been written by members in response to inquiries that have come to them in their ministries or which were submitted to them based on their expertise in a given area of canon law.
