Are you ready to roll the dice on your music career? Your aim is to be the player with the most Award Stars when the deck runs out. Use the five polyhedral dice to roll your way to victory as you win cards from the table or your fellow players. Whoever has the most Award Stars tops the charts and wins . . . unless someone is really lucky and rolls the perfect 40 when the rare and awesome "We Are the Champions" card is on the table to win the game instantly!
Perfect for playing with friends and family, this light strategy dice-rolling game is suitable for ages 8+, 2-5 players, has an average 20-minute gameplay, and includes English instructions. Made using FSC paper and soy inks and packaged in a recyclable tin. Please keep and reuse the plastic dice.
How to Play:
To get started, draw one card per player plus one more and place them faceup in the middle of the table (for example, deal six cards for a five-player game). Set the rest of the deck aside facedown. Everyone then rolls the 12-sided die, and whoever rolls the highest number will be the first to begin their music career!
On your turn, roll all five dice and try to match the values with the cards on the table, whether in the center or faceup in front of another player. You win any card that you can match the values exactly. If you don't have a perfect match, you can continue to roll, with at least one die fewer each time, until you either win a card or run out of dice. Place the card you win faceup in front of you, and remember that other players can win it from you until you're able to turn it facedown at the start of your next turn! Each player draws a card from the deck at the end of their turn and adds it to the faceup cards on the table.
The player with the most Award Star points when the deck runs out tops the charts and wins. There is also a chance to shoot to stardom and win the game instantly: if the "We Are the Champions" card is faceup on the table, and you roll a perfect 40, you are the true superstar!
