Rogue satellites may perform for rogue scientist, criminals, tyrants, despots, states, groups. Criminals may be motivated with the rogue technology. Innocents may be subjected to electromagnetic radiation, mind control through ground satellite control. The area around the victim may be made of electromagnetic fields. The only option for an innocent civilian and her/his family, loved ones, kin may be to have faith, patience, and to endure. The intelligence officials of one's country and abroad, may scan the victim and finally protect her/him. But this will be unknown to her/him and may take too long.
