Ten years ago, police officer Alex J. Murphy was murdered in the line of duty and scientifically-resurrected by corporate giant, Omni Consumer Products. Cyborg machinery infused with human nerves, Robocop transformed crime-ridden Detroit to OCP's own peaceful "Delta City". Since then, Robocop has been declared an enemy who is despised by all of OCP except one man...his son. When Robo's former partner falls under the control of a terrorist preparing to release a fatal flesh-eating virus on the world, Robocop is not alone. But preventing a bio-engineered holocaust will require more than the extermination of his only friend. Peace demands the death of all things cybernetic...including Robocop himself.
