This book is intended to provide a clear, simple, practical presentation of the various methods of mental healing. Little is said about theory here, although a general outline of the main theories is given so that the person taking up the treatment knows the essence of the matter. We tried to explain: "how to act."First of all, we want to say that we did not try to exalt psychic healing to worship it, considering it insane. Why exalt psychic healing more than medication, massage, or any other method of treatment?Any healing consists in the application of completely natural laws of nature, and the forces used in this are as natural as the law of electricity.
