It delves into the experiences of the author on his own journey to success, while touching on the success journey of some well-known individuals such as Oprah Winfrey and also that of youth trailblazers such as Marley Dias and Greta Thunberg, to name a few. The book seeks to help position youth for success and help them become more certain about their journey to success and greatness.
The book is a culmination of years as a youth leader and the life experiences (good and bad) that have shaped the author. Each chapter is a rule for success, followed by what the author calls "power steps". These are practical steps that the reader can take action on in order to achieve whatever they would have read in the chapter. And to top things off, at the end of each chapter, after the power steps, there is a theme song which readers are encouraged to listen to before moving on to the next chapter. The book is youth-centered, conversational, fun and interactive and will leave youth empowered to take action and work towards success and greatness.
