Le système que M. Guiraud oppose au précédent en diffère par les deux points que voici. Premièrement, le nombre total des centuries n'a pas été changé. Il est resté de cent quatre - vingt treize comme avant. Deuxièmement, l la concordance entre les centuries et les tribus, au lieu de s'étendre à toutes les classes, a été bornée à la première. C'est la première classe qui comprend.
