Publisher's Synopsis
This review provides an independent description and evaluation of 30 Level B personality tests. It follows a format similar to that used in the companion volume, "Review of Psychometric Tests for Assessment in Vocational Training" for Level A tests.;Each test is impartially evaluated, using a detailed proforma, by two people selected by the editorial board for their relevant knowledge and expertise. These reports are then used by a panel of consulting editors to compile the published "Review".;This work should be of interest to all those involved in choosing and using personality assessment instruments in occupational settings. It is suitable for both psychologists and non-psychologists.
