I'ier Majesty's Court of Probate was established by 20 21 Vict. C. 77, entitled An Act to amend the law relating to Probates and Letters of Administration in England and Her Majesty's Court for Divorce and Matrimonial Causes was established by 20 St 21 Vict. C. 85, entitled An Act to amend the law relating to Divorce and Matrimonial Causes in England.
These Acts came into operation, by virtue of an Order in Council, on the 11th of January, 1858.
