Excerpt from Report on the Small Pox, in the City of Providence: From January to June, 1859
The occurrence of a considerable number of cases of small pox and varioloid in this city, during the past winter and spring, has seemed to call for the preparation of the follow ing report.
There are two objects which have seemed to me important in its preparation.
