During the past two years, the State Tuberculosis Commission has endeavored faithfully to carry out and to develop Connecticut's plans for relieving, and When possible, for curing her tuberculous citizens, and for preventing the further spread of the dread disease Within the confines of the state. As the Statutes require, we hereby make report to you of the things we have done, and of the things that, in our opinion, we ought now to do.
