We propose to select one Of the regiments in the field, and fill it up to the maximum strength. We also propose to encourage enlistments in other ways.
A gentleman has been employed to call upon every member of the Club but members are requested to send their subscriptions to either Of the undersigned without waiting to be called upon. Checks should be drawn to the order Of James A. Roosevelt, Trea surer.
