Publisher's Synopsis
Excerpt from Report of the Board of Managers of the Lehigh Coal and Navigation Company: Presented to the Stockholders, January 17, 1831
It is the intention of the Managers at an early period to open to purchasers their many important W'ater-powers on the line of the Canal, particularly those at South Easton, where they have the whole power of the Lehigh under a head of 23 feet - for this purpose they await only the certainty and permanency of the Navigation below them.
