Excerpt from Report of the Attorney General: For the Year Ending June 30, 1979
In accordance with the provisions of section 11 of Chapter 12 and of section 32 of Chapter 30 of the General Laws, I hereby submit the Annual Report of the Department of the Attorney General. This Annual Report is the fifth that I have filed as Attorney General of the Commonwealth. It covers the period from J uly 1, 1978 to J une 30, 1979 and therefore includes not only the last six months of the term for which I was elected in November of 1974, but also the beginning of my second term.
