So much has been written with respect to the Alaskan country in general, its coast resources, peoples and their customs, that the fol lowing report will be restricted almost entirely to the interior, and especially to the vast extent Of country drained by the Copper, Ta nana, and Koyukuk Rivers, nearly all of which is unknown.
