Mr. Chairman, I will do the same, insert a longer statement into the record, and just say that I am glad to see General Hughes here back on duty, and I, as all of you know that at least I have talked to before on this, this is the start of a series of hearings that I hope will help those of us who have been elected to try to make decisions about what threats jeopardize the health and security of the United States of America, and how we should organize those threats, have a sufficient amount of input to make those kinds of decisions.
