Dr. Leonard wheeler, who died October 3, 1935 at the age of ninety years and thirty-two days, was the only member of the Worcester Fire Society who reached that age. Octogenarians are fairly common among our mem bers, but nonagenarians have been with two exceptions practically, indeed absolutely unknown.
